2023 MIAA Football Championships to be Hosted at Towson University’s Johnny Unitas Stadium®
Double-Header to feature the A and B Conference Championships

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Blackbyrd Events, event operator for the 2023 MIAA Football Championships, in partnership with the Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA), announced the double-header event will be played at Minnegan Field at Towson University’s Johnny Unitas Stadium® on Sunday, November 19th.
Tickets to attend the event will be available beginning Monday, October 30th and will grant access to both A and B Conference Championship games. Johnny Unitas Stadium® ranks as the third-largest outdoor venue in the metropolitan area, behind M&T Bank Stadium and Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
“Last year’s football double-header was a blast. The competition was impressive and the community support in the stands was tremendous,” said Mark Burdett, Owner and Principal, Blackbyrd. “We are excited to produce the MIAA Football Championships again this year as we bring our first-class athletes and enthusiastic crowd to Towson’s Johnny Unitas Stadium®.”
